Car Show Registration

Join the Grand Old 4th Car Show and enjoy VIP parking in downtown Winslow for the day. The show spans multiple parking lots along Bjune Drive behind Umpqua and Chase banks, with space for 90+ vehicles.

Registration & Pricing
Pre-registration is encouraged.
Early bird registration (through June 5): $30
Standard registration (June 6–June 30): $35

Pre-registration will close on June 30. After this date, registration must be completed in person on the day of the event (space permitting) at a rate of $40.

Road Closures and Access
Only registered vehicles will be permitted to enter Bjune Drive. All Car Show participants must arrive in the vicinity no later than 8:30 AM.

Road closures will be in effect for Winslow Way, Madison Avenue, and Bjune Drive prior to the BYS Fun Run at 9:00 AM.

Vehicles may exit at 12:30 PM or after the parade concludes. All remaining vehicles may exit after 5:00 PM when roads fully reopen.

Participants are encouraged to take advantage of their VIP parking and stay to enjoy the parade and street fair.

Additional day-of details, including confirmed timelines and logistics, will be shared closer to July 4.

Please have fun and be a good neighbor. This is a community event with many moving parts and a diverse crowd, including families and children. Car Show participants are expected to represent themselves and the event positively.

Alcohol, vaping, and smoking are not permitted within the Car Show area. Participants who appear intoxicated will be asked to leave.

Please keep political messaging out of the event.

Event producers reserve the right to remove any participant who does not follow these guidelines or basic community standards. Failure to comply with instructions from event staff, Bainbridge Island Police Department, or Bainbridge Island Fire Department may result in removal and ineligibility for future Grand Old 4th events.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce and City of Bainbridge Island and their employees, agents, and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims (including those for illness and bodily injury), damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating in any way whatsoever to my participation or the participation of my employees, agents, and invitees in the Grand Old 4th on Bainbridge Island.

The Bainbridge Island Chamber produces the Grand Old 4th each year on a shoestring budget, made possible by the support of our partners and an incredible network of volunteers.
