Visit Jefferson Parish (VJP), in partnership with Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser, the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board, and the Louisiana Restaurant Association, will host the 19th Annual Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off (LASCO) on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the Pontchartrain Center; marking the first time the event will be held in Jefferson Parish!
We are looking for 20 restaurants to be Tasting Stations during the Louisiana Seafood Cook-off. These will serve as the culinary stations where patrons dine throughtout the evening.
Patrons of the LASCO event will enjoy tasting stations from restaurants throughout Jefferson Parish as a prelude to ‘what’s to come’ during the 3rd annual Visit Jefferson Parish Foodie Feast Restaurant Week September 20-26, 2026!
To be considered as a Tasting Station participant at the Foodie Feast, Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off June 26, 2026, please complete the following application by May 15, 2026. A Visit Jefferson Parish team member will confirm your participation and dish within 72 hours of receiving your application. Space is limited, and dish selections will be approved on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
