This is an application form, but it is not the registration form for the co-op. After applying, you will be contacted about scheduling an interview, and you will be sent a registration link from there.

*Please understand that the co-op is only one fifth of the homeschooling week. Students should work diligently with their parents at home, as this is where the primary instruction will take place. The co-op is a guide to help enrich students' homeschool experience and to provide structure for families.
