By signing this document, I confirm that I have the legal authority to authorize, George of All Trades, LLC, to perform handyman and property maintenance services at the specified location. I understand that during services such as pressure washing, junk removal, moving, flooring, drywall, cleaning, and related work, unforeseen issues may arise beyond the control of George of All Trades. These may include pre-existing damage, hidden structural concerns, material failure, or surface damage. I acknowledge that certain services may involve inherent risks, especially on worn or damaged areas. I hereby release and discharge George of All Trades, its owners, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from services performed, except in cases of gross negligence. I accept full responsibility for any risks or damages that may occur. I confirm that I have disclosed any known issues with the property and agree to these terms voluntarily.
