This form is to be used to request an outdoor party at either the Aviary or Trails location. Please note this is not a reservation and is used for staffing purposes to make your party the best it can be!

Outdoor Party Request
- This form must be completed by an adult listed on the membership a minimum of 10 days in advance.
- Outdoor spaces are on a first come first serve basis and cannot be roped off or reserved. You may set up your party 2 hours in advance.
- Be considerate of other members and don't take up space early or take more than you need.
- Inform the front desk in advance if you are requesting to bring in caterers, a bouncy house, vendor, or have another special request.
- No glass on the pool deck.
- Out of consideration for other members and neighbors we ask for no loud music.
- Outdoor party requests will not be approved for dates in which SRSRC is hosting a large special event.
- Notify us as soon as possible with any changes or if you wish to cancel your party.
Guests
- Non-member guests are welcome with a guest pass or paying the $13 per guest fee ($26 per guest if using pickleball courts M-F 6:00pm-8:00pm).
- Non-member guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
- The maximum number of people for an outdoor party is 30 (including members and guests).
- Members are responsible for their guests. Members and guest must comply with posted rules and directives from Lifeguards or SRSRC staff.
Members and their guests must adhere to all SRSRC Code of Conduct expectations and SRSRC rules. Please review these with your guests.
