  • 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    • Exhibitors have a cooling-off period allowing them to modify or cancel this registration until June 30th, 2026
    • Once the cooling-off period has expired (June 30, 2026), the signing of this registration form constitutes a firm and irrevocable commitment by the exhibitor to pay the full amount of their registration for Sial Canada (Art. 2 and 4)
    • For any further additional orders (such as exhibition space, turnkey booths, or registration rights), the applicable price will be the rate in force on the date the additional order is placed (Article 6).
    • Payment terms are as follows:
      • 35% due before June 30th, 2026
      • 35% due before September 30th, 2026
      • 30% due before November 30, 2026
    • Failure to pay the first instalment by the specified date will result in the loss of the rebooking rate, and the Standard Rate will apply (Article 5).
    • The chosen space will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment; if payment is not received, the reserved location may be assigned to another exhibitor (art. 5).
    • If a change of location occurs, the terms outlined in Article 10 of the general sales conditions will apply.
