We charge mileage for any site over 30 miles from our office at 5289 Mountain Center Plaza, Lula, GA.

Re-Install Disclaimer:

The standard time for re-installing a system is normally 2 days. On lower pitched roofs with lower quantites of panels, this could be 1 day. However, if the roof is over 8/12 and there are MORE than 2 arrays, the timeline could extend into 3 days. If system is in a state of dificiency, system owner may contract with SVE at additional cost to fix, repair, upgrade, or alter system to new standards. A separate contract between the system owner and SVE will be required.

Racking Disclaimer:

The existing racking system will be examined at time of the health assessment. If existing racking system is Iron Ridge, we will only bill for new roof attachments at $16 per attachment and 2 attachments per existing panel. If existing racking system is other than Iron Ridge, we will install a new system at $86 per panel to include all hardware.

Example:

The below system is one that is located 70 miles from Mountain Center Plaza. The customer has 20 panels on a 10/12 pitch roof where the solar panels are installed in 2 arrays. The system is priced at a 1 day removal and 2 day re-install with new racking. The existing racking is one that is not Iron Ridge and 1/2 of the fasteners were not usable.
I understand that SVE has NET 5 terms for all uninstall/re-install projects. Any project not paid within 5 days of the invoice date are subject to a 2.5% interest rate every 15 days. (Initial)*
I understand that SVE accepts checks or ACH payments through Quickbooks only. Credit card payments will be accepted through Square for an additional 3.5% convenience fee upon request only. (Initial)*
