Time Commitments & Schedule
Expectations for Prospective Board Members
- Donate approximately 5-10 hours per month
- Board meetings are held monthly on the first Wednesday of the calendar month
- Subcommittee meetings are held on an as needed basis, either scheduled or ad hoc, depending on the specific subcommittee
- Organization events are generally as follows:
  - 1-2 donor event quarterly
  - 1 off-season programming event quarterly
  - Vancouver Queer Film Festival Sept 10 - 20, 2026
