Exhibition Period: June 1 - June 27, 2026
Submission Period: April 25 - May 15.
Submission Requirements: Each submitting artist can submit TWO (2) pieces of work. The first 70 artists to submit will be featured in the exhibit. Subject to space limitations, the curator may select ONE or BOTH of the artist's submitted work.
Notification of Acceptance/Regrets: Accepted works will be announced by May 20 and must be dropped off at the hall on May 31.
Submission Fee: $20 per artist
Opening Reception: June 7, 2026
Entry Rules:
- You must be a paid Ch/Art Member for 2026.
- This show can only accommodate 2D works that can be hung on a wall.
- All submitted works must be dropped off with wire attached for hanging.
- Artists can submit up to 2 pieces:
- One piece of any size
- One piece no more than 20" wide, frame included
- All art must be inspired by the theme.
- Submissions must be in the following format:
- JPG, minimum of 2000px in the longest dimension
- File size: 5MB or less
- Maximum 2000 pixels on longest side
- The image should be of the artwork only. Do not include the frame or mat.
- Space is limited for larger works. If a larger work is selected you may be requested to provide a display easel.
- Any sales will be handled between artist and buyer; labels will be created with QR codes linking to the artist's contact info for purchase.
- Each image submitted must include:
- Title
- Size
- Medium, and
- Price (if for sale)**
- Images must be labeled ArtistsName_Title_Medium_Price.jpg
** Artwork does not need to be for sale.
