KAC Artist Awards Application 2026

The Kodiak Arts Council (KAC) offers local artist awards each year to support and encourage individual growth in the arts. Artist awards may be used for a variety of artistic pursuits, including but not limited to: attending workshops or seminars, purchasing equipment or materials to begin, advance, or complete work, and/or supporting an artist’s time to develop new work.

The Awards Committee will review the applications and select awardees. Decisions will be based on completeness of application, quality of artistic work within the context of the applicant's experience and career stage, impact of the award on the applicant's artistic growth, and intended benefit for the Kodiak community.

Applications are due by 4 pm on Monday, April 27, 2026.
