I have approved and updated coaching / training qualifications including a valid Working with Children Blue Card or Current Drivers Licence.

I will declare any personal, family, or financial interests that may affect my role.
I will not use my role or any confidential information to contact, influence, or build personal relationships with players or families outside of my approved RLSQ responsibilities.
I will cover the expected costs for my uniforms and wear the required uniform at all RLSQ events.
