  • Apply for the market today and get approved as a vendor. Vendors are required to have General Liability Insurance. Peake Insurance in Sodus can provide affordable per event insurance, seasonal insurance, or annual insurance (we do plan on trying the Winter Market again next year so keep that in mind when buying insurance).     Vendors are required to have and post their Sales Tax documents, if applicable, and any permits they are required to have. While the majority of our spaces are for farms and food/beverages, including alcohol, we will have limited spaces weekly for nonprofits that meet our criteria, crafters, and businesses that offer services related to home/garden. Power is VERY limited and will be prioritized to prepared food vendors. Generators are not allowed. 

    Once approved, we will send you a link to pay to secure your space. Your space is not saved until payment is received.

    Power is limited and will be prioritized by the Market Manager. 

    The Williamson Farmers' Market welcomes local charitable organizations dedicated to the betterment of our community, as well as local agencies whose missions align with those of the Chamber and the Farmers' Market. Religious & Political groups only permitted by invitation for special related events.

    If accepted as a vendor, you will receive a confirmation of the dates we've approved. Payment can then be made via the link sent.

  • Farmers...These questions will not qualify you or disqualify you for the market. They are simply so we can apply to be a Bona Fide Farmers Market which will eventually allow us to take FMNP, SNAP, EBT, & WIC. These programs not only help local families that use these services, but it will also help increase your sales! Please take the time to answer them for us. We appreciate it!
