E-Petition to enforce Illicit Drug Tests for Recipients of Disability Benefits in NM

By signing this e-petition, you are stating your concern as a registered voter in New Mexico. You believe it is important to enforce illicit drug tests for recipients of disability benefits through: 1) Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), 2) Supplemental Security Income (SSI), 3) New Mexico Educational Retirement Board (NMERB), and 4) VA Disability Compensation. The purpose of this e-petition is to eliminate illicit drug use for those receiving disability benefits and also to reduce homelessness among recipients of disability benefits. NM Problem Solvers 505, a 501(c)(3), will submit the report to the mayor of every county, and the governor of the state of New Mexico, after 500 signatures are collected.
