    開催日程：小学生の部 ・中学生の部 7:30～　/　一般の部　13:30～

    参加費用　（税込み）/ Participation Fee（Inclusive of GST）：

    一般（大人・高校）：会員費用　S＄10/１名、非会員費用　S＄20/１名

    小学・中学（子ども）：会員費用　S＄6/１名、非会員費用　S＄12/１名

    General: Member fee: S$10 per person, Non-member fee: S$20 per person

    Children: Member fee: S$6 per person, Non-member fee: S$12 per person

    注意事項/ Points to Take Note of：

    • 記入項目は、漏れなくはっきりと記入して下さい。
    • 同一人物の複数チーム登録は不可です。
    • 参加費は代表者もしくは、請求指定先の日本人会カードで決済をお願いいたします。
    • 現金でのお申し込みはできません。
