  • Event Details

    • Event Date: June 6, 2026, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
    • Set-Up Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 8:30 AM
  • Vendor Guidelines & Responsibilities

    • Vendors must provide their own table, canopy, display materials, and all items needed for setup.
    • In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled to a later date.
    • No outdoor electrical hookups are available. Vendors must supply their own generator if needed.
    • All sales are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
    • Vendors must notify the event coordinator by email at least 3 hours prior to the event if they need to cancel. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show.
    • No-shows will result in removal from the contact list and exclusion from future events.
    • Booth spaces are only transferable with prior permission from Everest Collective.
    • Vendors are expected to assist in promoting the event when possible.
    • Early breakdown of vendor booths is not permitted.
  • Host Responsibilities

  • Everest Collective agrees to provide space for your booth and will promote both you and the event to help create a positive experience for all participants.
  • Liability Clause

  • I, and my representative(s), expressly release and hold harmless Everest Collective and the property owner (including all local, regional, and district managers, owners, employees, agents, and volunteers) from any and all liability for injury, illness, or death, as well as personal injury, property damage, or loss (including defense costs), that may arise in connection with participation in any event organized by the host.
  • By signing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
  • Payment Information

  • Once your application is approved by Everest Collective, you will be notified. At that time, submit your nonrefundable payment $30 (cash, check, or Venmo with the subject line “Carnival & Market”) to secure your booth. After payment is received, Everest Collective will return a signed copy of the contract as your receipt.
