Travel Insurance
It is strongly advised if required that all participants take out personal travel insurance. This will help protect against unforeseen circumstances, including changes or cancellations.
Program and Arrangements
The program is subject to change depending on participant numbers and unforeseen circumstances. All bookings and payment conditions are under the control of Perennial Farm and the presenters.
Deposit and Payments
The payment is made upon booking and is non-refundable if cancelled after 8 June 2026.
Liability Waiver
Participation in the program is entirely at the attendee's own risk. Perennial Farm and the presenters and their partners, affiliates, or suppliers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or other claims that may arise from participation in the event, including but not limited to changes in the program or travel arrangements.
