    This is a 159-bed, acute-care facility serving the surrounding community. The hospital provides vital healthcare services to the area and supports a wide range of patient needs.

    How you’ll contribute

    • The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and implementing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
    • The therapist conducts comprehensive assessments, establishes appropriate goals, and develops personalized interventions to restore function, reduce pain, prevent disability, and promote mobility.
    • Treatments may include therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and the use of physical agents and assistive devices.
    • The Physical Therapist educates patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation strategies.
    • Supervises and delegates tasks to physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
    • Progress is continuously monitored and documented, with plans modified as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Qualifications:
    Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

    Experience:
    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
    Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

    Must-Haves:
    Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
    Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma
    Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire
    Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

    Nice-To-Haves:
    Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

    Skills and Abilities:
    Ability to evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
    Ability to implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
    Ability to educate patients and support rehabilitation outcomes
    Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff
    Strong communication and documentation skills
