The Youth Mental Health Community Survey 2026 aims to collect information from the Central Highlands Community about youth mental health.
headspace Ballarat will use the information collected to plan, deliver, and evaluate projects that meet the needs identified by the community. This survey will gather information from a range of community members including young people, parents and carers, and professionals. The survey aligns with headspace Ballarat's Community Engagement objectives:
- Increase mental health activities, education and supports for young people and their networks
- Improve targeted mental health education and engagement for young men and women
- Strengthen family and friends participation in headspace Ballarat
- Empower the Youth Reference Group (YRG) to lead community‑responsive initiatives
