After submitting the application form, you will receive a proforma invoice with all payment details. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance to be paid later in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment
To secure your place, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the start of the retreat.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available within 72 hours of booking.
After this period, the following conditions apply:
– Free cancellation up to 45 days before the retreat 
– 50% refund for cancellations made 15–44 days before the start
– No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat

Participants may transfer their booking to another person at no additional cost.

Changes & Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the program if necessary.

Participation
No prior experience is required. The retreat is open to beginners as well as participants with some prior experience in craft.

Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
