Exhibit space will be reserved during the Annual Meeting of the Tennessee Association of Nurse Anesthetists at the Franklin Marriott in Cool Springs, for October 16-18, 2026, on a first-come, first-served basis, as specified below:

By signing below, the exhibitor/sponsor agrees to pay the fee he/she has chosen above no later than August 29, 2026, unless approved by TANA's Executive Director. Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to September 1, 2026. Exhibitors are responsible for payment of the full exhibit/sponsor fee if cancellation is submitted after August 29, 2026.

The Exhibit Prospectus including Rules and Regulations furnished by the Tennessee Association of Nurse Anesthetists are to be construed as a part of this contract, and the Exhibitor agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations.
