1. Agreement to Terms
I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Lisa's Print Solutions, LLC to produce custom printed and/or embroidered designs on the garment provided by me. I acknowledge that I have provided accurate details regarding garment specifications and the artwork to be applied.
2. Production Quality
I understand that while Lisa's Print Solutions, LLC strives for the highest quality standards, variations in color, placement, and overall finish may occur due to the nature of the printing and embroidery processes. I accept responsibility for ensuring that my submitted artwork is in the correct format and free from errors.
3. Fabric Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am providing my own garment for the print/embroidery process. I understand the care instructions associated with my garment and release Lisa's Print Solutions, LLC from any liability related to the choice of garment, including potential issues with fading, wear, or material failure.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
I understand that custom orders are typically non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellations must be made before the production process starts. Lisa's Print Solutions, LLC reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee, depending on the stage of the order.
5. Liability Waiver
I waive any and all claims against Lisa's Print Solutions, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents for any damages arising from the custom work completed on my provided garment, including any issues related to garment fit or quality after delivery.
