Choose the grant type that suits you the best based on your goals:

I want to…..:

• Explore and develop the pedagogical applications of innovative digital media solutions for course challenges, ranging from immersive AR and VR to custom web tools. → Exploratory Grant
• Design a new or existing course at NC State using sound pedagogy. I may or may not need media and/or digital tools → Course Design or Hypbrid Learning Grant (cohort Model)
  • Design a fully online course → Course Design Grant
  • Design an on-campus course → Course Design or Hybrid Learning Grant (cohort Model)
    • Use most class time for lecturing → Course Design Grant 
    • Use most class time for active learning → Hybrid Learning Grant (cohort Model)
• Improve an existing online/hybrid course to better align with Quality Matters (QM) standards and get QM certified → Course Improvement Grant(cohort Model)
• Share best practices in digital learning with my faculty communities both locally and on a larger scale. This may involve research, workshops, presentations, and other opportunities.→ Faculty Fellows (Cohort Model)
