    People's History Project Colouring Book
  • OPIRG Kingston's People’s History Colouring Book will present local histories of social movements and resistance through illustrations by local artists and accompanying explanatory written passages.

    We are commissioning artists to design illustrations for these histories. Illustrations should be:

    • Standard letter size (8.5" x 11") 
    • A high resolution (at least 300 dpi) .png or scalable vector (.svg) file
    • A black and white line drawing, intended to be coloured in

    We are offering $250 compensation for each completed artwork. If you are interested, please fill out the application below.

    Please note that there are limited commission spots available. While anyone is welcome to apply, the selection process will prioritize local (i.e. Kingston resident and/or Queen's student) artists. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.
