Citizenship and Legislative Committee, also know as Community Action Program (CAP) is the legislative and political arm of our local.

Join the group to discuss for pro-labor political candidates, bills that support the working class, advocacy for science funding and protections outside of the bargaining table.

International workers are particularly encouraged to join. Joining this working group does not involve any monetary contributions to political campaigns or candidates. Instead, your voice is especially valued because it helps ensure that any actions taken fully represent the diverse members of our community.
