Drive for Khy: Driver Safety Pledge

In memory of Khyree Jackson, a rookie with the Minnesota Vikings who lived by faith, I pledge to honor his memory, respect my own life and protect the lives of others through safe and responsible driving.
I PLEDGE TO:

Never drive distracted. I will put my phone down, stay focused on the road, and give every drive my full attention.

Never drive impaired. I will never operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that affects my ability to drive safely.

Always buckle up. I will wear my seatbelt and make sure every passenger in my vehicle does the same. Every trip, no exceptions.

Speak up. If I'm a passenger and the driver isn't being safe, I will speak up. No destination is worth a life.

Lead by example. I will share this pledge with my friends and family, because road safety is a choice we make for ourselves and for each other.

Khyree's story reminds us that life is a gift. Every time we get behind the wheel, we have a responsibility to protect it. I drive for Khy. I drive for the people I love. And I drive for myself. Because every life on the road is worth protecting.
