    Apply to exhibit at the Center for the Arts’ 15th Annual Arts in the Harbor juried Fine Arts & Fine Crafts Show. Please review the guidelines and complete all required fields below.
  • Overview: 


    Arts in the Harbor (AiH) is a juried Fine Arts & Fine Crafts Show, taking place July 18th and 19th, 2026, from 10am - 4pm on both days. 

    Fees:

    CFA Members - No fee to apply
    Non- Members - $35 Application Fee 

    Booth Fee (if accepted):

    CFA Members (bring your own tent):
    Your own dedicated space: $150
    Share your space with another CFA member (who must also submit to the jurored process): $175

    Non-Members (bring your own tent):
    Your own dedicated space: $175
    Shared with another applying non-member artist (who must also submit to the jurored process): $200

    Important dates: 


    Application opens: April 24, 2026

    Application deadline: May 22, 2026

    Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by the first week of June. 

    Booth Registration Fee due within one week of notice of acceptance.


    Event Information:


    If accepted, artists will be responsible for a booth fee dependent on the following criteria: 

    CFA Members (bring your own tent):
    Your own dedicated space: $150
    Share your space with another CFA member (who must also submit to the jurored process): $175

    Non-Members (bring your own tent):
    Your own dedicated space: $175
    Shared with another applying non-member artist (who must also submit to the jurored process): $200

    Once accepted, this fee is due in full within a week of notification of acceptance to secure your spot. The fee is 50% refundable if notice of cancellation is provided at least two weeks prior to the first day of the event. 

    Booth space is limited and will be reserved on a first come / first serve basis.

    Each artist should display at least 12 artworks in their booth. 

    Artists are welcome to sell both original works and prints of their original works. Handmade cards, giclee / inkjet prints, and works on paper are all acceptable. If you have any questions about what types of artwork are best for this event, please contact info@cfanh.org.

    The art fair is a two day event. More information about the event, including logistic information for loading in / loading out, parking, etc. will be sent to accepted artists in early June.

    Artists are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays as needed. The booth fee listed above only reserves the space, and CFA does not provide furnishings, displays, or tents. 

    CFA is not responsible for any lost or damaged artworks, tents, displays, furniture and / or materials that are left in the booth overnight. 

    Up to two artists may share a booth. If sharing a booth, please be sure to include the name and email of the 2nd artist in the section outlined below. Both artists MUST submit a seperate application and list each other in the relevant section.

    All works should be created by the artist(s) displaying the works at the booth. 

    Artists are responsible for their own sales, and the artist or a representative must be in attendance during the entirety of the show at their booth. Volunteers will be available to briefly cover booths as needed during the event.
