  • I, {modelName}, agree to participate in a photo session with Gregg Snider on {date}.

    I understand and agree that:

    • Proofs and final images will be delivered in a password-protected online gallery that only I have access to.
    • I may use the photos taken during this session however I choose.
    • The photographer will not use, share, post, publish, sell, print, or otherwise distribute any of the photos in any form, including online or on social media, unless I give express, specific consent first.
    • This agreement does not give the photographer any automatic right to use my image.
    • I may revoke permission for future use at any time by written notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
