    Treats & Supplies

This is a high-attendance event with 1,000+ projected attendees for 2026. Please plan accordingly. We recommend a minimum of 800 pieces or treat items per booth - 1,200 if you want to make it to the end comfortably. To put that in perspective: if every child comes through your booth once, that is 800+ individual treats. Running out before 7:00 PM means every family who arrives after you run out goes home disappointed. Those kids notice. And their parents remember.

Not sure what to bring? Candy is not your only option - trinkets, stickers, small toys, and allergy-friendly alternatives like mini potatoes are all welcome and often more budget-friendly than candy in bulk. Whatever you bring, plan to have enough to last the full two hours.

If you run out of treats, remain set up and display an "Out of Treats" sign. Do not pack up early.

    Required of All Booth Holders

    • Remain fully set up and actively participating until 7:00 PM
    • No early departure - vehicles may not move during the event (child safety).
    • Keep your booth intact and welcoming through 7:00 PM - every child who comes through deserves the same experience regardless of when they arrive.
    • Winner announced at event end with on-site photo and trophy awarded.
    • Trophy eligibility is reserved for booth holders who remain set up through 7:00 PM - because the community is voting for the full experience, not just the first hour.
