Thank you for your interest in serving as a vendor for RAGBRAI 2026 in Marshalltown. We look forward to welcoming thousands of riders and visitors and partnering with vendors to create a vibrant and memorable experience.
Downtown Marshalltown serves as the living room of our community, and RAGBRAI provides a unique opportunity to showcase our businesses, culture, and hospitality. We are intentional in curating a vendor mix that enhances the event experience and supports both visitors and our local business community.
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be selected based on event needs, available space, product mix, and operational readiness. The RAGBRAI Committee reserves the right to deny any application.
Only vendors approved through the official RAGBRAI 2026 Marshalltown application process may operate within the City of Marshalltown on July 22, 2026. Unauthorized vendors will not be permitted to set up or conduct sales and may be subject to removal by event organizers or local authorities.
Electricity access is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Food vendors must upload a valid State of Iowa Mobile Food Unit License and Certificate of Insurance at the time of application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
