Quiet Mind Healing (Ministries) is a private business hosted by Yolanda Marie Vazquez, also known as Yolanda Pritam Hari.
We focus on holistic treatments and education, and offer programs and protocols for natural healing and self-care.
*Membership at Quiet Mind is free of charge. Members simply compensate Yolanda for any services and products they select to receive.
*WE HEREBY exercise our Right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, and the Charter of Rights of Canada.
All Association activities and relationships are within and of the private domain.
All information shared by our members is held in strict confidentiality.
*Quiet Mind Healing is a Private Business under Common Law.
A) This business is private, and stands outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning lawfare and complaints or grievances against the Association, its members, or other guests and staff.
B) In your relationship with Quiet Mind Healing (Ministries), you are a private member. Your activities and choices within the Association are a private contractual matter. We never share or sell any of your private information. All complaints or grievances will be settled privately between the people involved. You fully agree to act in honor and not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of Quiet Mind, unless that member has exposed you to a clear and present danger.
C) You enter into this agreement of your own free will without any pressure or coercion. You are not representing any Local, State or Federal agency with a mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation.
D) You may withdraw from this agreement and terminate your membership at anytime; likewise, membership can and will be revoked in the event of damaging language, unpaid invoices, and/or detrimental behavior.
E) You understand that this is a holistic clinic and sanctuary of embodied self-healing, not an allopathic medical establishment. We do not diagnose or prescribe. We listen, communicate, assess, and recommend our best natural solutions. We give you our full presence, experience, knowledge, and tools, and walk the path with you in mentorship and guidance.
F) We support everyone's lawful Right to freely choose the therapies, treatments, and health protocols each one decides is best for them; and we provide for all members to pursue inner connection, healing and soul radiance.
By signing this member agreement you are clearly stating your consent and desire to engage in therapeutic work and healing relationship with Yolanda and Quiet Mind Healing (Ministries).
