- Resume with production credits
- Supporting materials (course description, institution, and—if relevant—instructor)
- Resume for mentor (if applying for a mentorship)
- Letter(s) from other funder(s), if applicable
- For production company staff only: Letter of support from employer outlining the need for training
- Administration fee: $50.00
