By signing this form, the player and their family agree to enter into a binding one-year contract with Comeback Advisory Group for advisement services. The contract cannot be terminated by either party until the year is complete. The player and family agree to pay $300 per week for services related to scouting and obtaining commitments from prep schools, junior teams, and colleges. As well as NIL and brand deals for the player. Player and Family acknowledge that advisor can help facilitate commitments and brand deals however it is fully up to the players performance that will ultimately achieve commitments from scouts, schools and brands.
