    Please indicate your agreement to participated financially, as authorized by your organization, as a member of NAMWUA:

    By signing below, the applicant certifies that the information provided is accurate and complete, understands that membership is subject to approval by the NAMWUA Board, and agrees to comply with applicable NAMWUA policies, bylaws, and membership requirements.

  • 7. Submission

    Submit the completed application. PLease include all required information. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership as all applications require approval of the NAMWUA Board of Directors.

  • 8. Board Review and Approval

    The NAMWUA Board of Directors meet on a quarterly basis. All applications are subject to review and approval by the NAMWUA Board. Applicants will be notified of the Board decision following review. Membership and associated voting rights (if applicable) become effective only upon Board approval and payment of the applicable membership fee.
