Agrees to participate financially in accordance with the member determined annual fee
Agrees to participate financially in accordance with the $250 annual fee as set by the NAMWUA Board

7. Submission

Submit the completed application. PLease include all required information. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership as all applications require approval of the NAMWUA Board of Directors.
8. Board Review and Approval

The NAMWUA Board of Directors meet on a quarterly basis. All applications are subject to review and approval by the NAMWUA Board. Applicants will be notified of the Board decision following review. Membership and associated voting rights (if applicable) become effective only upon Board approval and payment of the applicable membership fee.
