Task Breakdown

Ticket Sales: Sell tickets for the giveaways for saturday night!  These proceeds help us run this ship. Friday, report for duty at 5:50 pm.  Saturday, report for duty 12 pm at the pool after breakfast. Extroverts to the front!

Cooking Breakfast:We need you at 8 am Saturday at the club house so make good choices the night before! (side note: please prioritize good choices in general)

Breakfast Cleanup: We need dish duty, sweeping, clean up the dining hall.  Many hands make light work.  Report for duty at 11:30 am Saturday at the clubhouse.

Craft setup: This isn't major, just come help set up our supplies and stay to craft if you are so inclined.  Dining room of club house.

Clothing Swap: Help lay out clothes and items for our clothing swap at the pavilion.  Please report for duty at 12pm at the pavilion.

Dinner Setup: You will help us received potluck goods, lay out items needed.  Clubhouse, 5pm Saturday.

Dinner Serving: We need some hands to help serve dinner.  Clubhouse, 5:50pm Saturday.

Dinner cleanup: Many hands make light work.  Dishwashing, wiping down the counter and setting up any leftovers for any stragglers to come get. Clubhouse, 7-7:30pm Saturday.

Back up: Sometimes folks get sick, sometimes we just need an extra human.

All Volunteers will be entered into a raffle for an electric camp site for next year.  Please try to not over extend yourself, this weekend is supposed to be fun too!  If you aren't able to volunteer in the tasks above thats okay!

Please consider helping with picking up garbage during camp, it helps us a great deal!  TASC appreciates you coming and hopes you have a great time!
