Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Orders will not begin until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 7- 10 business days. Rush orders (< 6 days) are available for an additional fee and must be confirmed before booking.
Custom Design
All banners are custom-made based on the details provided. Please ensure all information (names, dates, spelling, colors, etc.) is accurate when submitting your order.
Revisions
One (1) revision is included with your order. Additional changes may result in an extra fee.
Proof Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing all design proofs carefully. Creativella Creations is not responsible for errors after approval is given.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all payments made are non-refundable.
Client Responsibility
Delays in communication or missing information may affect turnaround time.
Usage
Creativella Creations reserves the right to use completed designs for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup details will be arranged after booking. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information.
