2026 Children's Summer Reading Program & Big Family Book Club Registration Form
We invite you to participate in our Summer Reading Program: "Plant a Seed, Read!" This program will challenge you to explore in grow in your library as well as your town! This form should be completed once (1) for each child participating in the 2026 Summer Reading Program. Once you complete this registration form, don't forget to pick up your registration kit from any Morgantown Public Library System library starting on June 1st. This form can also be used to sign up forthe Big Family Book Club. This year our Big Family Book Club Book is Jack and the (Fairly) True Tale of Jack and the Beanststalk. (one book per household while supplies last) Happy reading!

Big Family Book Club

This year our Big Family Book Club Book is "Jack: The (Fairly) True Tale of Jack and the Beanstalk" by Liesl Shurtliff. Register by June 15th to ensure that you are on our mailing list to receive postcards throughout the summer. Copies of the book can be picked up any time on a first come first serve basis at any Morgantown Public Library System location.
