Total to be invoiced (Please allow 48 hours to be invoiced VIA SQUARE to the email you Provided above. WE ONLY INVOICE THROUGH SQUARE, BEWARE OF SCAMMERS)
- Arrive for booth set up at 11am on Saturday, August 8th and be ready to sell at 3pm. NO EARLY SETUP.
- Booths that are on the arena floor will be on a packed dirt surface. There will be fans at the venue and you are welcome to bring your own.
- No early tear downs. The event will end at 10pm and you may pack up at that time.
- Vendor fees are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE (no exceptions, we use vendor fees to full reserve the venue)
- Vendors are required to provide items for our swag bags. We give out fifty of them. ( this can be business cards with discounts, candy, pens, pencils,etc.)
- Vendors must be out of the building by midnight.
- Vendors are asked to join our groupme chat for updates and info regarding our event.
