    Thank you for your interest in becoming a Shopping VendorĀ for the Crusin' for a Cause Car Show and Street Fair!

    All applications will go through an approval process and you will be notified by email of our decision.

    We appreciate and value you, and your time!Ā This car show helpsĀ Moab House continue to provide safe, loving, and productive transitional housing for former foster youth right here in the Mahoning Valley.

  • UPDATES FOR 2026 SEASON:

    The 6th Annual Crusin' for a Cause Car Show will again be at Struthers High School located at 111 Euclid Blvd., Struthers Ohio 44471 onĀ Saturday July 11th. This show will run from 10am-2pm, setup begins at 8AM and ends at 9:30AM.

    All Vendors Must Read the Following Before Signing Up:

    šŸ”¹ Vendor FeeĀ $50

    • Submit this Vendor Application
    • Vendor application window will close on April 30th
    • The committee will review the applications and send an email with our decision by May 15th.
    • If you receive an approval email, a payment link will be included to pay for your spot
    • If payment is not made within 2 days, your spot will be given to another vendor.
    • You will receive a payment receipt in your email once your payment is made
    • A follow-up email will be sent before the show

    šŸ”¹ Refund Policy

    • Event is RAINĀ or SHINE
    • Our committee works hard toĀ make this a successful show. Vendors who don't show up on the day of the event may not be invited back.
    • NO REFUNDS


    šŸ”¹ Vendor Setup & Event Timeline

    • Vendor spots are pre-assigned and will be designated at the show
    • Each space is 10’ x 10’
    • Please bringĀ a tent, table, chairs, and display needs.
    • Tents will be setup next to each other. There is not room for display items next to your tent.Ā 
    • Setup: 8AM–9:30AM | Show: 10AM–2PM | Tear Down: 2PM–3PM
    • There are no electricical or water hookups available.
    • Bring drinking water – it gets hot!

    • Approved shopping vendors and nonprofit organizations only.
    • No vendor may collect donations for Moab House or any other organization.
