Media Credential Policies* This field is required.• Media credentialing will be conducted only during designated hours and credentials will only be issued at the host facility. Each session, credentials will be available starting 30 minutes prior to the first game. Pickup will close at the start of the final game. Personal identification will be required at media check-in. • The P32 League reserves the right to limit the number of credentials for each event. There will be a two-credential limit for each outlet. • News media and photojournalists affiliated with accredited media organizations will be issued a MEDIA credential / bib. • Non-traditional outlets, including recruiting magazines, scouting services and websites, may be asked to provide clips of their work to obtain credentials. The P32 League reserves the right to deny credentialed media access to non-traditional outlets. • Freelancers will be required to provide a letter of assignment from an accredited media outlet to be considered for a media credential. • The P32 League reserves the right to revoke any credential due to non-compliance with the stated media policies. • The P32 League maintains the right to remove or deny any media credential or request for credential. General Media Policies 1. All members of the media must remain in the designated areas of the playing area and may sit in the general seating areas only (not player benches, near college coaches, etc.). At no time is a member of the media allowed on the court. Failure to comply will result in the immediate revocation of media credential. 2. All members of the media must wear their credential around their neck at all times, keeping their credential visible. 3. All videos and photos posted from the event must contain the P32 League watermark in the bottom right-hand corner, watermark is to be independent of any other watermarks or logos. 4. All posts are required to tag @p32_league. 5. Photographers may take photos from the designated areas on the outside baselines of each court. These areas are the only places where photographers may sit on the floor and shoot photos. Photos may be taken while sitting in the general seating area as long as the other spectators’ views are not adversely affected. Standing tripods are not allowed for use in this area. Photographers (with cameras) are the only persons allowed in the designated photo areas. 6. Photographers may not photograph the medical/athletic trainer sections of the courts. 7. Video interviews with student-athletes will be permitted post-game only. One cameraman is permitted per outlet per game. 9. Live streaming is not permitted. 10. All interviews must be facilitated by the P32 League during the designated times in designated locations. Instructions to come on-site from the P32 League. 11. Credentialed media are not allowed to sell content to athletes or solicit for work. It is not permitted to ask student-athletes for phone numbers or personal contact information. Please communicate with head coaches directly.
