    Date: 26th April 2026 - Dressage, EOH, Speed (Judges: Hon. Summer Star, and Hon Megan Bennett)

    (NB Clinic/Cattle Clinic & Trial/Show #2 is on 16th-18th October, Clinic/Cattle Clinic & Trial/Show #3 is on 13th-15th November)

    Riders in Levels 1-4 welcome to attend the event. 

    Qualifying for Buckle Awards: Must compete in at least two Shows. Best two Scores count.

    Qualifying for AZWEC Finals: Scores from this Show may be used as Qualifying Scores.

     

    Entry Fee (Per Show):

    Adults: Level 1: $150, Level 2-4: $170

    Youth: Level 1: $60, Level 2-4: $80

    Entry Fee includes: Show Entry, lunches, meat entree with Pot Luck on Sat night (bring a dish to share!). Riders are reminded to clean up stalls and around trailers before leaving the property. Dogs strictly on leashes at all times.

    Stall/dry camping: $20/night, Stall/electric 110 hookup: $30/night

    Working Equitation Clinic

    Saturday 25th April

    Clinician: Judy Mackenzie, USAWE Professional Instructor

    Get ready for the Show the next day or just come along and improve your Working Equitation skills!

    Clinic Fees:

    Adult: $135

    Youth: $50

     

    You will be sent an invoice 3-4 days after receipt of your entry. Payment can be made via Zelle/Venmo to Susan Hapak at 520 840 1215.

    This show will be conducted and judged in accordance with the United States Rules for Working Equitation, Revision 10, dated 1st December 2026, and the 2026 Dressage Tests https://useawe.org/rules/. It is the responsibility of the competitor to read and understand the rules prior to the competition.

    Hold Harmless Clause:

    Understanding that horse sports may be hazardous and dangerous, even leading to permanent injury or death, each owner, rider, spectator, and other participant assumes any and all risk of loss or injury and agrees to hold harmless, regardless, the horse show personnel and the facility hosting the show. Judy Mackenzie, show management, volunteers and the Arizona Working Equitation Club will not be responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to person, horses, or property of exhibitors, spectators, or grooms. All local facility rules must be followed.

    Media Release Agreement: I agree that as a condition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, the competition may use or assign photographs, videos, audios or other likenessess of me and/or my horse taken during the course of the competition for the promotion or benefit of the competition or sport. These likenesses shall not be used to advertise a product and they may not be used in any way to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or misappropriation.
