    What to Expect

    1. Results will be provided via email.
    2. A list of approved courses will be sent to you and Admissions via email.
    3. Decisions on studio art concentration courses (e.g., Graphic Design, Photography) submitted after the end of the Spring semester may be deferred to the Fall semester.
    4. Keep track of the courses you submitted for Transfer Credit. Check your MyRIC Transfer Report and Academic Advisement Report (AAR) to veryify that all approved courses are updated and listed as expected. Please Note: Processing updates can take a few days. If an approved art course is not currently one of your program requirements, it will flow to a section of your AAR named Unused. 5. Bring your Review Results to Orientation.
    6. Note: If you seek Art Program Credit for studio art courses that transfers to RIC after the Portfolio Review, a new/additional Portfolio Review Form must be submitted.
    7. Please contact the Art Department Chair, as noted on Art Department | our.ric.edu, with questions regarding your review.
