    Filling out this participant application is necessary, as it helps our team place you in a small group that will best fit you for the duration of the workshop. This survey is confidential and only viewed by our team. Please be as accurate as you can while answering the following questions. Thank you!

  • Please note that this registration is for an intensive Single Life Workshop hosted
    by One Way Church, Phalaborwa.

    It is important to attend all the sessions, so please ensure that you will be able to attend all the above dates.

    Workshop Fees: R750 per person which includes a workbook and a Tool Booklet.

  • The structure of SLW requires that we try to choose one participant to facilitate each small group during the workshop small group times. We choose the facilitators based on the surveys and the Lord's leading. If we choose you, it is because we feel that you are the best choice for your group. As facilitator, you will be able to wholeheartedly go after your own breakthrough while facilitating. By encouraging your group with your own openness and vulnerability, your example will inspire the rest of the group to their breakthroughs.
