  • Vendor Rules & Guidelines

    All vendors must read and agree to the following rules to participate.
  • Booth Fee: $50 (Sales Vendors)
    Informational Vendors: No Charge (Must not sell items/products)

    Festival: Saturday, June 13, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM | South Side Park | Magnolia, Arkansas

    Vendor Requirements:
    Each vendor must supply their own setup equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and any electrical needs. Power sources will not be provided.


    Vendor Set-Up Schedule:
    12:00 PM – 2:30 PM → Vendor arrival & setup
    2:30 PM – 3:15 PM → Final setup, inspections, adjustments
    3:15 PM – 3:45 PM → Vendor ready time (no major movement, soft opening)
    4:00 PM → Festival officially begins

    Operating Hours:
    Vendors must remain open from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    (Please notify staff if you must leave early)


    Pricing:
    All items must have visible prices (Sales Vendors only)


    Prohibited Items:
    No toy weapons or animals


    Deadline:
    Friday, June 5, 2026 (Completed Form + Payment, if applicable)


    Vendor Approval:
    First-come, first-served — confirmation will be sent via mail or text


    Arrival & Parking:
    Check in upon arrival for your booth assignment
    To ensure proper spacing and safety, only one vehicle per vendor is allowed within the designated festival field area


    Clean-Up:
    All vendors are responsible for dismantling their setup and cleaning their area after the event


    Tips:
    Bring fans or cooling devices for comfort
