Description:

Sergeant Kiel Nowers is the head of BPD's Community Engagement Unit and has been a police De-escalation instructor for about 10 years. He has been teaching a class for civilians for the last 3 years. The presentation will provide tips on helping to bring calm to all situations, in both your professional and personal life.
