    The registration form must be completed before your deposit is made. Each individual is required to fill out this form. Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from financial loss in case of cancellation due to unforeseen emergencies.

    DEPOSIT POLICY:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • A 50% deposit of the total package price is required at the time of booking.
    • Deposit amounts and payment plans may vary depending on booking date.
    • All payments made are applied toward your balance and are non-transferable.

    PAYMENT TERMS & LATE FEES:

    • A 50% deposit of your total package price is due at the time of booking.
      The remaining balance is due in full by May 15, 2026.

     

     

  • TRANSPORTATION POLICY:

    • Bus Packages: Bus transportation is only available for 4-day packages.
    • Flights: Airfare is not included in any package unless specifically added at the traveler’s request.
    • Concert Transportation: Transportation to and from concert venues is not included in the package.
    • Airport Transfers: Transportation to and from the airport is not included, but can be added for an additional cost.

  • ROOM & OCCUPANCY POLICY:

    • Pricing: Package prices vary based on room occupancy.
    • Hotel Selection: Once a hotel has been selected, one change is allowed. After that, no further changes can be made.
    • Incidental Charges: As with all hotel stays, one guest per room will be required to present a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges.
    • Roommates: Travelers are responsible for selecting and confirming their own roommates.
    • Shared Rooms: If sharing a room, please ensure your roommate remains current on their payments.
    • Cancellations: If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest(s) must either cover the adjusted rate or find a replacement roommate.

  • ESSENCE FEST 2026 PAYMENT PLAN:

    April: Deposit 50% of the total

    May 15, 2026: Final Payment Due

    CONCERT TICKETS:

    Three-day Essence Festival concert tickets are now on sale directly through Ticketmaster. 🎟️ Please note: concert tickets are not included in your MooreTime2Travel package and must be purchased separately. If you plan to attend all three nights in the Superdome, we recommend buying your 3-day tickets early, as prices and availability may change once the lineup is announced. Single-day tickets are not on sale yet and will become available once the official lineup is released.

     

    AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:

    Roundtrip airport transportation to and from the airport is available for $75 per person and can be added to your package upon request.

     

     

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE:   CLICK ME

    Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in your Essence Fest 2026 package.

    • Travelers may request a quote through MooreTime2Travel or choose to purchase coverage independently.
    • Guests who decline travel insurance do so at their own risk.
    • If you choose to purchase coverage, it must be obtained no later than 10 days after your deposit has been made.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

    • ALL PAMENTS ARE non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • NO refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
    • MOORETIME2TRAVEL is not responsible for cancellations due to personal emergencies or travel delays.
