Payment & Cancellation Policy
Please review and acknowledge the following:

• Booking & Retainer
  A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your wedding date.
  Your date is not reserved until the retainer is received.
  The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding date.

 Accepted payment methods:

Cash

Check

Cash App

Venmo

All payments must be completed before services are rendered

 

Cancellations
All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances
Cancellations made:
14+ days before the wedding: no additional balance due
7–13 days before: 50% of remaining balance due
Less than 7 days before: 100% of total service cost due

 

Rescheduling
One date change may be allowed based on availability
Retainer may be transferred to a new date 
Additional fees may apply depending on new date/time

 

Overtime & Add-Ons
Additional time beyond the agreed package will be billed at:
$100 per hour
Add-ons (extra dogs, transport, rehearsal, etc.) must be paid in advance or will be invoiced after the event

 

Refusal of Service
Tasha’s Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

A dog poses a safety risk
Unsafe working conditions arise
Event conditions differ significantly from what was disclosed
(No refunds will be issued in these cases.)

 Force Majeure (Unexpected Events)
In the event of circumstances beyond control (extreme weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, etc.):

Services may be modified for safety
No refunds will be issued for circumstances outside of control

 

 

 

 

Behavior & Safety Agreement 
Please read and acknowledge the following:

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following terms regarding my dog’s participation in wedding day services with Tasha’s Pet Care:

Dog Behavior & Temperament
I confirm that my dog is generally friendly, non-aggressive, and safe to be around strangers, children, and other animals.
I have disclosed any known behavioral concerns including (but not limited to): anxiety, reactivity, fearfulness, or history of biting.
I understand that weddings can be high-stress environments, and my dog’s behavior may be unpredictable.

 

Health & Vaccinations

My dog is up-to-date on all required vaccinations.
My dog is free of contagious illnesses, parasites, or injuries that could affect their participation.

 

Safety & Stress Management
I understand that Tasha’s Pet Care will prioritize my dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being above all scheduled duties.
If my dog shows signs of stress, anxiety, aggression, or illness, I authorize Tasha’s Pet Care to:
Remove my dog from the ceremony or event
Provide breaks, quiet time, or early transport from the venue

 

Handling & Control
I agree that my dog will remain leashed or securely handled at all times unless otherwise discussed.
I understand that Tasha’s Pet Care is not responsible for off-leash incidents if requested or approved by me.

 

Liability
I accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or incident caused by my dog during the event.
I agree to release and hold harmless Tasha’s Pet Care from any liability related to my dog’s behavior, except in cases of proven negligence.
 

Event Limitations
I understand that Tasha’s Pet Care cannot guarantee specific behaviors (e.g., walking perfectly down the aisle, staying still for photos).
I acknowledge that flexibility may be required depending on my dog’s comfort and behavior.
