Even Split Agreement
I understand that this lottery pool is organized by the Pool Organizer and is not affiliated with any official lottery organization. I am responsible for ensuring that I meet all eligibility requirements set by applicable laws and lottery authorities. I agree that all entries are final once submitted. In the event of a winning ticket, all winnings will be distributed evenly among all participants who have submitted their entries on or before the designated entry deadline. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at my own discretion.
Standard Agreement
I understand that this lottery pool is organized by the Pool Organizer and is not affiliated with any official lottery organization. I am responsible for ensuring that I meet all eligibility requirements set by applicable laws and lottery authorities. I agree that all entries are final once submitted. In the event of a winning ticket, winnings will be distributed according to the pool rules established by the Pool Organizer, and only to participants who have submitted their entries on or before the designated entry deadline. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at my own discretion.
