Welcome to the official entry form for the Schools Section of the 50th Annual Pilbara Music Festival - an adjudicated eisteddfod of music celebrating the talent in our schools across the Pilbara region.

Festival Dates: 8th - 13th September 2026

School Section: Wednesday 9th September 2026

Venue: Gratwick Hall, Town of Port Hedland Civic Centre

Entries Close: Sunday 9th August 2026

School Section Entry Fees: $10.00 per item

This entry form is specific to the School's Section of the eisteddfod. One form may be used to submit up to five items. If your school wishes to enter more than five items, you will need to complete another entry form.

Please refer to the 2026 Adjudicated Performance Categories booklet for full festival entry conditions, performance categories and item numbers to assist you in completing this form.

Note: A maximum of 40 students are allowed on stage at any one time in accordance with OHS standards and Town of Port Hedland safety guidelines.

- The school grants permission to the Pilbara Music Festival Inc. organisers to photograph, film and record participating students and staff as part of the event. The school confirms that appropriate consent has been obtained from parents/guardians for students to be included in such media. These images, videos, and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, and reporting purposes, including use in funding applications and grant acquittals, across various media platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. The school acknowledges that no compensation will be provided for such use and that all materials will remain the property of the festival organisers. The school agrees to inform the organisers in writing prior to the event of any students who do not have media consent and should not be photographed or recorded.
