    • Vending Policies & Agreements 

       By participating in Jack and Jill Market, vendors agree to comply with this policy and accept full responsibility for their booth area By registering and participating as a vendor in Jack and Jill Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

       

      1. Booth Setup & Display

      Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents (if applicable), and display materials. All displays must remain within assigned booth boundaries and may not block walkways, entrances, or neighboring vendors. For outdoor events, vendors are responsible for properly securing tents, signage, and displays.

      2. Clean-Up & Space Responsibility

      All vendors are fully responsible for cleaning and restoring their booth space at the conclusion of the event. Vendors must remove all items they brought, including but not limited to: trash, boxes, packaging, broken mirrors, tents, clothing racks, displays, clothing racks, fixtures, unsold merchandise, and personal belongings. It is strictly prohibited to leave any items behind at your booth, next to trash receptacles, or anywhere on event premises. Any vendor who leaves materials, debris, or equipment on-site may be subject to a clean-up fee and/or loss of future vending privileges.

      3. Fees, Payments, Refunds, & Weather Policy

      All booth fees will be paid in full prior to the event.

      Booth fees are set per event and are subject to change for future events. Participation in any prior event does not guarantee the same pricing, placement, or terms. Jack and Jill Market reserves the right to adjust vendor pricing at its discretion.

      All booth fees are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, without exception. No refunds, credits, transfers, or reimbursements will be issued for any reason whatsoever, including cancellations, no-shows, scheduling errors, illness, emergencies, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

      Failure to attend or participate does not relieve Vendor of payment obligations.

      Jack and Jill Market reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, reschedule, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Event due to weather, acts of God, public safety concerns, governmental orders, or other circumstances beyond its control.

      In the event of any modification, postponement, or cancellation, Vendor is not entitled to any refund, credit, damages, or compensation. All event-related determinations are final. Vendor waives all claims related to cancellations, delays, weather, or event changes.

      4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

      Vendors participate at their own risk.

      Jack and Jill Market, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue owners are not responsible for:
          •    Theft, loss, or damage of vendor property
          •    Personal injury to vendors, staff, or customers
          •    Damage caused by weather, accidents, or third parties

      Vendors assume full responsibility for their merchandise, equipment, and personal safety.

      5. Conduct & Professionalism

      Vendors must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Vendors must comply with all instructions from event staff and security.

      6. Prohibited Items

      The following items may not be sold without prior approval:
          •    Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
          •    Weapons, drugs, or prohibited substances
          •    Offensive or inappropriate materials

      Event organizers reserve the right to remove prohibited items or vendors without refund.

      7. Photography & Promotion

      By participating, vendors grant Jack and Jill Market permission to use photos and videos taken at the event for promotional purposes. This may include social media, website, and marketing materials.

      8. Termination of Participation

      Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who violates policies, poses a safety risk, or disrupts the event. Removal due to policy violations will not result in a refund.

      9. Indemnification

      Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jack and Jill Market, its organizers, affiliates, venue owners, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from Vendor’s participation.

      10. Agreement & Acknowledgment

      By registering and participating in Jack and Jill Market, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

    • I,*   *   acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Jack & Jill Market vendor policies and terms, including but not limited to booth pricing, payment terms, no-refund policy, weather and force majeure provisions, and the release of liability. I voluntarily accept these terms and agree to abide by all rules and requirements as a condition of participation.   *   Pick a Date

      Before submitting your application, please note the following:

      ★ Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Due to limited space, all vendors and products go through an approval process.

      ★ Check your email regularly (including spam/junk). If approved, you will receive an email within 1-5 days that includes:
      • Your digital receipt
      • The Vendor Guide
      • A link to the private vendor Discord channel

      ★ Approved vendors receive access to a private Discord channel for event updates, early application access, giveaways, and more.

      ‼️ Please click the Discord link as soon as you receive the email. The link expires and cannot be accessed later on. ‼️

      ★ If you do not receive an approval email within 7 days, we were unable to offer you a space for this event. We encourage you to apply again for future markets!
