      I understand that Boot Camp for Brains will provide a safe, structured, and supervised learning environment for my child. I acknowledge that normal participation in educational activities may involve minor risks. By enrolling my child, I agree to release Boot Camp for Brains, its owners, and staff from liability for ordinary incidents that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

        Maintaining homeschool compliance
        Submitting my child’s annual evaluation
      •  I understand that Boot Camp for Brains is a supplemental academic program, not a private school
      • I understand that I am responsible for my child’s overall academic oversight
      • I understand that consistent attendance and participation are expected
      • I understand that tuition policies, withdrawal policies, and program expectations apply throughout enrollment


      BOOT CAMP FOR BRAINS – “WE WILL” COMMITMENT


      Boot Camp for Brains will:

      • Provide structured, teacher-led instruction in Math, Reading, and Science/Social Studies
      • Maintain a consistent academic schedule (Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
      • Support student learning through small group instruction and enrichment activities
      • Assist with portfolio upkeep, including:
      • Collecting student work samples
        Organizing materials for documentation
      • Provide completed documentation and portfolio materials for parents to use when submitting their end-of-year homeschool evaluation.
      •  Maintain a safe, structured, and respectful learning environment


      FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

      • I understand that Boot Camp for Brains supports my child’s education but does not replace my legal responsibilities as a homeschool parent
      • I understand that academic progress is supported, and the Homeschool POD leader will communicate students needs and recommendations.
